Rate limiting & bug fixes

Today, we're releasing a small update to improve the stability and functionality of Billsby whilst we prepare to bring you an exciting new feature in a few weeks time that both you, and your accountant will thank us for!
Rate Limiting
In order to avoid issues with performance, we have applied our rate-limiting to 10 per second on our API Calls. 
What is Rate Limiting? 
A limit on the number of requests and data quantity is placed in order to make sure the API runs efficiently. 
We have many clients who use our API and with this, we will encounter many connections. With this rate-limiting, we can avoid common issues with disconnections while keeping this secure against any breaches.
