Ensure syncing means keeping contacts in sync, not just a one-time sync.

Allow the direction of the sync (Hubspot to Billsby, Billsby to Hubspot). And allow two-way sync.

Allow choice of which fields to sync.

Please use Hubspot contact 'lists' and contact 'filters' to allow syncing a limited selection of Hubspot contacts.
