I’ve been dealing with the same error for over a week now — the Billsby subscription page is completely down, and my clients are unable to make payments or start services.
When contacting support (Jake and the customer service team), it’s been nothing but a brush‑off. They admitted they don’t know the cause, said they’d “escalate it to the engineers,” yet nothing has been resolved.
I’ve been a consistent paying customer for years, and this is unacceptable. The first time this issue happened, I spoke directly with the CEO, Ian Campbell, and he fixed it within a day. This time, I’ve reached out again — Excuses or no response.
This ongoing glitch is hurting my business operations, and I need real answers and a permanent fix. Billsby, please take accountability and resolve this immediately. Attach is the error message.

Looks like the system is now down for us, can't get new customers or charge existing, very bad

Going through the same thing. It's miserable. The self-service page is 100% of the reason we did this.
