Currently a customer must have a card on record to add a subscription through the UI. We have customers who are remittance based and will pay via bank transfer. We don't have their card details and they wouldn't be expected to give them for a bank transfer.

We are trying to merge customer streams (remittance based and payment provider based) but have the subscription info in billsby. This makes it hard to merge the two.

Allow customers to make offline payments by wire transfer or direct deposit - setting a due date for the payment based on business logic, and allowing the payment to be marked as received in the system prior to that date before the dunning workflow kicks in.
