Do we have any updates? We’re approaching 24 hours with this issue, and it’s seriously affecting our business.
We haven’t been able to bill anything during this entire time:
We have pending payments,
New clients unable to get onboarded,
Processes completely on hold.
We run a business, and going a full day without being able to charge is a major blow. We need an immediate update: What’s the actual status?
We also haven’t seen any official announcement from Billsby—no banner, no alert, Please, we need clarity and an urgent response.
