Someone is double charging clients! There is no support.

I've had a client that signed up her and her husband. They've been with me for about 2 months now. When the payment came out this time it was for 4 payment instead of 2. And when I checked her profile, it only says 2 payments were made. Where did those other to payment go? This is the first problem. The second problem is that I have been trying to get in touch with someone from bills by and I keep getting error messages. I do not know what is going on, but I am losing clients and credibility due to these issues with bills by. It's time for me to start looking in to other payment processor because I can not sustain a business like this and with no customer support.
