Hi Billsby Support,
We are currently experiencing a serious issue with our account. We are unable to add new clients or process any payments. Every time we try to add a card, we receive an error saying the environment is not activated for real transactions and only test cards are allowed.
Also, we keep getting logged out of the admin panel right after entering the security code. This is causing major delays, and we are losing clients because of it.
We’ve tried clearing cache, using different browsers, and checking our payment gateway settings—but the problem still persists. Your live chat has also been unavailable since yesterday, and we haven’t received any support.
Please treat this as urgent and help us fix the issue as soon as possible.
