Allow the user to define a subscription length/lifetime when adding a cycle to a plan, so that they can configure cycles that only last a specified period of time or number of billing cycles (and then are cancelled). For example, $50 every month for 3 months.

Add the ability to create add-ons that have a fixed one-time fee that are not repeated every cycle
